Sean E. McMahon is a Member specializing in Tax Services. Sean serves as chairman of
the finance committee as well as a member of both the human resources committee and
the sales and marketing committee. With twenty years of public accounting experience
with a concentration in middle-market clients working at such firms as KPMG LLP,
Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Klayman and Korman, LLC, Sean contributes invaluable
tax knowledge and service to his clients. Sean has experience in corporate, partnership,
and individual taxation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax planning,
and family wealth and succession planning.

Sean has worked with a variety of clients, including corporations, partnerships, real estate
investment trusts, individuals, tax-exempt organizations, and trusts and estates, as well as
with a variety of industries, including real estate investors, real estate developers,
construction contractors, manufacturers, distributors, consumer products companies,
retailers, investment partnerships, mortgage brokers, and service providers. Sean’s
experience combines the technical expertise offered at a big four firm and the level of
service and commitment offered by a mid-sized firm.
